- All content submitted onto the Chew TV site MUST be of suitable nature for 14-25 year olds.
- ALL adults working for Chew TV have an Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Record Bureau along with child safeguarding training (Including online safeguarding training).
- All personal information held about you by Chew TV is password protected for your privacy and security.

No part of this website, including a client licensed channel hosted by Chew TV, including information, images, photos and logos, may be copied, republished, broadcast, or reproduced for commercial use without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. Reproduction for strictly non-commercial private use is however permitted. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a copied version of any of the content on www.chewtv.com except for your own personal, non- commercial use.
No film submitted onto the Chew TV website or to a client licensed channel may contain any copyright material, this includes any information, images, photo's, logo's and music that have not had the prior written consent of use by the copyright holder. It is the content producers responsibility to ensure that there is no copyright material submitted to Chew TV.
Chew TV will take the producers word that the appropriate permissions have been given. Chew TV will only publish those works believed to not infringe copyright laws. If Chew TV are later informed that copyright material has been inadvertently published it will be taken down immediately.
Use of the Chew TV Site
In order to gain full access to the Chew TV website and Chew TV Channels including forums and message boards you must first register as a user on Chew TV. ALL users must be over the age of thirteen.
Chew TV strongly recommends that users under the age of 16 get a parent or a responsible adult's permission before registering with www.chewtv.com.
It is advised to all users not to use their real names and to not provide any personal information about yourself or anyone else.
Links on the Chew TV website and Chew Channels may take you to an external webpage. Content and Monitoring
All video content submitted to Chew TV will be screened for suitability before it is uploaded to the site. Content that we believe contains copyright material will be rejected. (Please refer to the copyright section of this document)
Message boards will be regularly monitored for unsuitable material and any evidence of bullying or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated.
Contributions must be polite and in good taste.
No Spamming-,- re- submission of the same or very similar material is not accepted.
No inappropriate user names.
NO URL'S can be posted. If you wish to advertise yourself / company, please Contact Kate where it may be possible to arrange for a link to be made on the webpage.

All adults working with Chew TV and who have access to children and young people's personal data have an Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau. They have also undertaken Child Protection Training and are aware of the procedures to be followed.
Any child under the age of 16 who wishes to register with Chew TV should have permission from their parent or a responsible adult first.
Anyone under 18 must get an adult to act as a guarantor when submitting video content to Chew TV.
Applicable Law
The terms on the Chew TV website shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
